So after doing the 4 consecutive food blog I thought of switching things up and today’s blog is going to be on one of the oldest and a very special island which has a rich history so let’s talk about SAN JACINTO ISLAND one of the beautiful island of Goa.

About The Island.

Goa is full of Natural Beauties. San Jacinto Island is one of the beautiful island of Goa. San Jacinto Island is a small island of Goa. It is located at the Mormugao bay. There are some old houses are situated on this small island of Goa and the picturesque of the San Jacinto Island of Goa is wonderful.
San Jacinto Island falls on the way.There is also a tunnel present by which you can go to the other side of the river which is known as Siridao. This tunnel is very old. There is also a church is situated in this San Jacinto Island of Goa which name is St Hyacinthi Church which increses the beauty of this island much more. There is a big celebration takes place in Every last Sunday of September in this St Hyacinthi Church. You can also see the light house of the island. A vow was purchased this beautiful island and he did not sell it to any one and not leased this beautiful island for any projects. So till now the San Jacinto Island is as beautiful as it was and full of natural beauty.

This San Jacinto Island is known as San Antonio locally. If you ever come to Goa never forget to come to this San Antonio island of Goa once.
